Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to the LOREX website (https://lorexdiamond.com/), its affiliates, and any other LOREX-related sites that explicitly reference these conditions. Some products may have extra terms or policies. If there's a conflict between those and these general terms, the specific product terms take precedence.

By browsing, using, or making a purchase on this website, you're agreeing to these terms. If you do not agree, you're instructed not to use the website. Your use of the site is considered legal agreement to these terms; no signature is needed.

Updates to Terms

LOREX can change or add new terms whenever it wants, without notifying you directly. Changes become effective immediately when posted on our website. You, as the user, are responsible for checking the site to stay updated on any changes. By continuing to use the website after any updates, you agree to the new terms. This gives LOREX broad flexibility to update its policies like return terms, privacy terms, pricing rules. You may be bound by new terms without receiving an email or alert.

Intellectual Property & Copyright

Everything you see on the LOREX website—text, images, logos, software, design, layout, etc.—belongs to LOREX or its affiliates, licensors, or users. These materials are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.

You are allowed to view, download, and print content from the website, but only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You cannot use, copy, distribute, or modify anything from the website for commercial purposes without LOREX’s written permission. Just because something is displayed on the website doesn’t mean you’re allowed to use it; no licenses or rights are automatically granted. LOREX will take legal action to protect its intellectual property if someone misuses it.

Trademarks

LOREX trademarks including the name "LOREX", its logos, slogans, and product/service names belong to LOREX or its licensors. You cannot copy, imitate, or use these trademarks in any way even partially without LOREX’s written permission. You’re also not allowed to use metatags or hidden text that mention “LOREX” or its trademarks without permission.

Permitted Use & Restrictions

You get personal, limited, non-transferable permission to access and use the LOREX website. You may not resell or use the website commercially (e.g., copying content for your own business or collecting images, product descriptions, or listings to use elsewhere). You cannot modify or create new content based on LOREX's material or use automated tools like bots, scrapers, spiders to gather data from the website.

Pricing, Inventory & Product Accuracy

LOREX strives for accuracy but retains the right to fix mistakes, adjust inventory, and control how products are purchased and priced. Occasional typos, pricing errors, or system glitches may occur and are not binding. If an item is mistakenly listed at a lower price, LOREX may cancel the order or notify the customer before shipping.

LOREX operates with a dynamic, high-volume inventory. Items listed as "in stock" are not guaranteed to be available at the time of order. Images on the website may appear larger or smaller than actual size, and color may vary depending on your device. Carat weight, color, clarity, and gem/pearl size may vary slightly.

Sourcing & Origin Information

LOREX shares origin and sourcing information in good faith but cannot guarantee its accuracy. LOREX provides Diamond Gemstone origin information based on reports obtained while purchasing the diamonds from their respective vendors. There are no warranties or guarantees express or implied about where a diamond comes from.

Accounts, Security & Chargebacks

You’re responsible for your account security and actions. If you’re under 18, you may only use the LOREX website with a parent or guardian’s supervision. If you file a chargeback or dispute a payment through your bank, LOREX may recover all related costs and cancel any associated perks (like free shipping or promotional items).

Grading Reports

Keep your diamond’s grading report safe. If you return a diamond without the diamond report, you’ll be charged $100 to cover the cost of replacing the certificate.

Ownership & Order Acceptance

For customers in the United States and Canada, ownership of the goods passes to you once the items are delivered. For international customers, ownership is governed by Global-e’s policies. An order confirmation email simply means we have received your request; it does not mean the order has been accepted. LOREX reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.

Privacy & Law Enforcement

Your visit is governed by the LOREX Privacy Policy. However, LOREX reserves the right to cooperate with lawful requests from government agencies, courts, or law enforcement. To protect its systems, LOREX may access and disclose information it deems necessary, overriding any limitations stated in the Privacy Policy.

User Feedback & Submissions

If you send feedback, questions, ideas, creative work, or suggestions to LOREX, you agree that your submission is not confidential. Once submitted, it becomes the property of LOREX, and we have full and exclusive rights to use, share, or publish your submission however we want without compensation.
